The City is a 10-piece rhythm & blues/soul/funk frieight train of a band performing original music on behalf of selected non-profit endeavors in Central Kentucky, with a particular focus on supporting the arts. The group is an affiliate of the Lexington Area Music Alliance (LAMA). The City creates its own events.
